This type of sagging requires a rather limited procedure. Dr. Fanous will make an incision around the areola (nipple) to move the nipple slightly upward on the breast.<\/li>\n<li>For a moderate\u00a0<strong>ptosis (type II)<\/strong>, when the nipple is a little lower than the breast fold, Dr. Fanous will make a first incision around the nipple, then continue with a second vertical incision that extends from the nipple to the breast fold, or almost.<\/li>\n<li>For a breast presenting\u00a0<strong>severe ptosis (type III)<\/strong>\u00a0and having a nipple that is turned completely downwards, a third incision is required.
